Down Compact Tractors & Machinery offer used compact tractors, ride on mowers, tractors, and other plant machinery items sold as 'trade sales'. This is reflected in the prices being below retail price to reflect the 'sold as seen' condition of the items. Most of our customers are in the trade and we always reflect this to all customers regardless. Our machines are in used condition but functional, and may have slight imperfections that can be expected with the age and fair usage of machines. They are not new machines and not priced as such, with our pricing of machines being below that of the expected market retail value taking into account their age and usage.

We do not offer any warranty on any items sold on this website. This is in part due to our very competitive pricing, which falls below retail prices. We welcome any inspection and testing of machines prior to purchase. If you are a distance buyer, we will do our best to accurately describe the machines to the best of our knowledge. We will offer as much information as possible - in depth walk round videos, video demonstrations, but please be aware it is recommended to view and demonstrate the machines in person. We always act with the best of intentions during our course of business, with many customers becoming repeat and lifelong customers.
